An exciting double house refurbishment on one of London’s most expensive residential roads, a private gated road leading to Kensington Palace. These two builds were completely different in style and offered various challenges, including squeezing a lot of functionality into very small plant rooms, building management systems to control HVAC and underfloor heating, a basement steam room, as well as a bespoke Salvatori marble bathroom with custom-finished tapware from Germany.
